Tom Mackintosh is a well-known and respected leader in the talent acquisition community, affectionately known as “Tosh”. Since June 2018, Tosh has spearheaded Solve’s development, expanding the team to comprise 45 talent specialists operating in over eight countries, delivering innovative talent solutions to businesses across all major sectors.

With a career that spans more than 20 years, Tom has a proven track record in building and managing talent functions for high-profile clients such as Yahoo, Zip, and Brighte. Prior to Solve, he held various leadership roles at Xpand Group, including General Manager for Managed Solutions APAC. His international experience includes a successful stint in Hong Kong, where he launched a new branch that quickly turned profitable.

Tom's expertise encompasses end-to-end recruitment process outsourcing, MSP, talent management, HR advisory and much more.  

In his spare time Tosh is an avid adventurer who can often be found climbing very tall mountains.

Sarah Blanchard is a trusted talent acquisition and management expert with over 20 years' experience. In her role as Head of Talent Advisory at Solve, Sarah and her team partner with CPOs, Head of Talent and P&C to design, implement, and optimise talent solutions that align with organisational goals. Her approach balances the strategic pillars of People, Process, Tech and Brand to deliver exceptional business outcomes, while fostering innovation, operational excellence, and an elevated experience for all.

Prior to joining Solve, Sarah held roles such as Head of Talent Acquisition, Group talent and sourcing manager and program director with Westpac, CBA, Australian Unity and Korn Ferry building and leading high performance talent functions.

Throughout her career Sarah has led large scale transformative projects such as talent strategy development, operating model design, technology selection and implementation, vendor management, EVP development and DE&I to name a few.  

Outside of work Sarah can often be found at the beach where she is an active Surf lifesaving mum!

Cameron Robinson is a workforce solutions expert, and Solve’s resident spelling and grammar aficionado. As Head of Enterprise Solutions, Cam works with CPOs, CFOs, and Heads of TA to solve workforce management challenges.  

His expertise in global talent acquisition and management stems from a decade spent partnering with some of the world’s most recognisable and respected brands across the UK, Europe and ANZ. Cam’s commitment to challenge the status quo and turn talent acquisition and management into a genuine competitive advantage for clients has seen him successfully design innovative $200m+ contingent labour programmes, multi-national RPO solutions and targeted talent consulting projects, plus almost everything in between.  

Before joining Solve, Cam excelled in roles as Global Head of Talent Solutions at Expert360 and Head of Client Solutions at Guidant Global.  

Outside of work, and new-dad duties permitting, Cam is determined to solve the problem of his golf handicap!

With a name that few can pronounce on the first go, Sorcha (it’s like circa) has over 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, Sorcha is deeply passionate about helping Founder, People and Talent Leaders in Australia’s fast-paced tech ecosystem attract and engage top talent. From her experience working in-house as a Talent Lead for customers like Immutable and Brighte, she understands the unique challenges that startups and scaleups face when growing their teams.

As Head of Client Services, she specialises in designing bespoke Talent solutions, including Embedded and RPO models, tailored to the needs of tech companies. Her approach focuses on driving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing the candidate and employee experience to position companies as Employers of Choice.

Sorcha is truly committed to understanding the pain points these companies face. Whether it’s attending industry events, pitch nights, or networking sessions, she invests time staying connected with the ecosystem, ensuring the Talent solutions are aligned with the latest industry trends and challenges.

Outside of work, you’ll find her training for triathlons in the early mornings and evenings, balancing her professional pursuits with a passion for endurance sports.
