Zip, a booming fintech service provider, needed an embedded recruitment solution to help supercharge their hiring strategy. Following immense growth, Zip needed to hire 200-250 people over 12 months period across numerous niche skillsets such as Software Engineers, Marketing, Sales & Product. The internal TA team of 4 was at capacity, managing the large volume of inbound applicants was time consuming and so they were unable to do proactive recruitment. That’s when Solve stepped in.
