The Challenge

Advancing the next generation of web3 games, Immutable is transforming the world of gaming via NFTs through ImmutableX (an NFT minting and trading platform), and Immutable Studios (an NFT game development studio).

In 2021,  Immutable needed to scale their teams fast to keep pace with their rapid growth. With an additional 200 team members needed to meet their goals and their internal TA team unable to meet the demand, they needed a partner they could trust to meet their very high hiring bar, and they chose Solve.

The flexibility of the Embedded model offers the perfect solution to cater for the client’s fluctuations in hiring. For example, we deployed 1 TA partner and scaled this up to a team of 7 over our initial 18-month engagement with Immutable.

But our work doesn’t stop there. On top of providing an impactful boost to Immutable’s TA function and hiring efforts, we have conducted detailed market mapping of key competitors, implemented performance tracking, optimized Immutable’s ATS for better automation and re-engineered their processes to boost efficiency.
