About GROW:

GROW Inc, are a leading Aussie Fintech disrupting the Super space. After onboarding a major Australian superfund, they faced a period of significant growth, and needed to scale, fast!

In 2022, to support their growth, GROW sought a strategic partner to help build a talent function designed for long-term, sustainable success. That's where Solve came in.

The challenge:

With exciting growth on the horizon, including 35 hires across 6 months, GROW needed to scale their team quickly and strategically. With just 1 TA partner in the team, they needed additional bandwidth and deep tech expertise required to deliver critical roles across Tech, Product, Engineering and Executive search.

In addition to hiring top talent, they also needed help with key projects:

  • No Application Tracking System (ATS) in place made it hard to manage candidates and automate workflows, slowing down processes and impacting the candidate experience.
  • With a small TA team and limited capacity, they need help building a talent function and designing a scalable recruitment process.
  • Limited brand awareness meant they were flying under the radar with top talent.

The solution:

Solve partnered with GROW to deliver a 6-month RPO solution tailored to support their growth plans, both locally and internationally.

We rapidly deployed onsite and offsite Talent and sourcing partners embedding seamlessly into GROW’s team, ready to start headhunting and talent pooling of critical roles. 

At the same time, our Talent Advisory team kicked off a 12-week implementation project in collaboration with GROW Chief People Officer, to build a Talent function that could scale with the business.
