The Challenge
As the leading media intelligence agency in the Asia-Pacific region, Isentia needed to streamline their processes to ensure they were securing top talent in today’s highly competitive market. They were experiencing a number of challenges:
- Decentralised recruitment approach: with various regions operating independently, this made it nearly impossible to maintain consistency.
- Inability to scale: with forecasts to hire 500+annually, they needed a streamlined and consistent approach in order to meet these goals
- Employer brand battles: limited exposure and appeal of Isentia's employer brand in critical candidate markets impacted their ability to attract top talent.
- Resource constraints: with insufficient internal resources dedicated to recruitment strategy, they required specialist support to refine and elevate their hiring processes
With a complicated hiring landscape, Isentia needed a specialist RPO solution to own their recruitment function to simplify and enhance their talent acquisition. That’s where Solve stepped in.
The Solution
Solve partnered closely with Isentia to centralise, automate and standardise their hiring processes and align with their strategic goals. Following a discovery period that included one-on-one stakeholder interviews, hiring leader focus groups and consultation, voice of customer experience surveys and a detailed analysis of previous hiring data, we set out to achieve the following:
- Build a centralised talent acquisition function that serviced all current Isentia locations and skillset requirements.
- Deliver significant cost efficiencies.
- Streamline recruitment processes to reduce overall time to hire.
- Enhance and measure the candidate and hiring leader experience throughout the talent process to enable data driven decision making.
